We will setup a good time to look at your home, walk you through the process and get some additional information from you.

Step 3

We will give you a free, fair, cash offer for your home that you can accept – or decline – at your own pace. The offer will be “AS IS” so you will not have to worry about inspections.

Step 4

Once a contract is signed, we can usually close within two weeks, but can work with you to make the process as quick as possible – or take as much time as you need, whatever is most convenient for you.
